This Moment

Do you ever stop during your busy day of reacting, responding, and running around to pause and reflect on where you are?

The journey that brought you here, right now, to this moment?

Take a moment.  Reflect on your past.  The realize right now is a moment unlike any other.

History doesn’t repeat, but it does rhyme, and by doing the things that need to be done, the future is yours for the making, and for the taking.

It is amazing how exciting a place this is, this today, this moment.

When you think about all the things that had to go right for you to be here.

You had to survive that accident.  Live through that trauma.  Fight off that sickness.  Win that battle, and live through things that no one should have to.

When you think about that, it’s pretty amazing that you are were you are, and that you have what you have.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be the best me, and here with you.

To live and breathe and love and laugh.  This life is an amazing journey, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Neither should you.
