the 5 steps
Where are you going? Do you know how to get there? Are you on the right trajectory, or are you off by a little bit?
There are all kinds of examples of slight changes in trajectory, and over time, you end up in a completely different place. You leave LA, and fly to Toronto, but change your trajectory by a couple of degrees, and you end up in Buffalo. Or New York City. Something so small can result in something so big.
What about in your life?
Something small like reading, instead of watching.
Doing, instead of sitting on the sideline.
Becoming, instead of settling for what you know so far.
All these small changes, these little risks, can, and will make all the difference.
How do you track your time? How do you prioritize? How do you try to live up to your fullest potential?
I know all the things I’ve done to become who I am today, and that’s just the first part of the journey.
Here’s a simple 5 step framework to help you on your own journey:
-
Know where you’re going.
-
Know where you’re starting from.
-
Make a plan.
-
Do the plan.
-
Finally, when you arrive, realize you’re probably going to have to work twice as hard once you get there.
